Which one?
Whichever is biggest. Miller's grid works and bombastic splash pages are made for a big format

Just download it to read it on a tablet.

noir isn't in color

Personally I wouldn't have a problem with it given how good Miller/Janson are uncolored. Especially in DKR
I vaguely remember hearing that the b&w in Noir isn't that good. I've considered picking it up though just gotta not be lazy and have some cash

It's not? That's criminal.
whats the difference

Get whatever is cheapest.

the whole point of the Noir line is doing the stories in black and white
I am not a huge fan of TDKR. I have a lot of respect for it, but I just don't think it holds up well.

The only criminal thing here is your idiocy.

Miller's best work is as an artist.
I'd say DKSA is better if you don't read a dialog bubble.

DKSA's biggest problem is the colors. Varley tried to move to digital and it looks terribe
"do you rike it?"

I actually like DKSA, although that's partially due to me having read it before I read DKR, overall it's a fun crazy ride as long as you don't take it seriously
