According to them no, but they only had it circumcised half-way. As in, the doctor made a simple cut, from the top, a few millimeters down, meaning the final result is a V-cut.
The first two weeks, is going to be sore and painful. From there, the difference will be barley noticeable. Unless you are making a 100% circumcision, then you will only be feeling pleasure during climax.
