What we're doing right now is how the gravity falls fandom got to solve pussles. Neither of the shows are "smart". If something Star vs. Is somewhat more cryptic because its not showing a picture of a cypher right in your face every episode for 5 seconds+ like gravity falls was.

You could say it's evidence for Star traveling back in time in a planned future episode, but it's very weak evidence. Perhaps if you're dedicated to the theory you could find some other potential clues that would point to the same thing, until then it's just a theory.

The problem with your analyses up to this point is that you're thinking in absolutes only. This is an issue because you're looking for evidence that won't sustain your case in any way. You're only exacerbating it too by cherrypicking and only looking one direction instead of both (as you even admitted they had something going on with BMB but still right after chose to ignore it as proof anyway.) The only hard evidence you seem to lean onto is basically a straight out confession of romantic feeling that isn't Starco. Just take it from me, having been here during the live discussion threads of that episode, that the most likely conclusion is that it's just a throwaway joke with an awkward delivery. It's a rather common thing in the show, given the relative inexperience of the development team, some jokes hit and some miss, some seem out of place and some are fantastic.
The best direct comparison I can give you is the infamous pudding joke, it doesn't have an intended deeper meaning, Star was just madhaha.It's fine to criticize it, but criticize it for the right reasons, that being the awkward delivery and not because it doesn't lead to some deeper meaning.

I doubt the men change, the Mewnie royal family seems to be matriarchal given the object of power rests in the ruling Queen or Princess heir, which likely reflects their physiology and biological development.
I personally think Mewberty is limited to the royal court due to their proximity to magic of the land, given how disruptive Mewberty would be if it affected everyone. Although, perhaps they have systems in place to deal with it, interesting to think about.

There's a big difference between theorizing and presenting evidence to support a theory. My point has always been that it's fine to theorize about ideas like that, but if there's no evidence then that's all it is, a theory. Most of the theories generated over the course of Gravity Falls had some solid thought and investigation put into them, visual clues or symbolism like the totem pole theory.

Suffice to say, I don't think that's a suitable point of comparison either. Again, an actual joke (setup from early in the episode by way of Marco expressing his concerns about Star venturing into the city alone, and Star carrying on with her normal zany behavior; punchline being that Star takes herself seriously in a way that Marco completely didn't expect), versus several dangling moments of "What the fuck?".
Of course it seems I'm one of the few people who I laughed out loud at the pudding joke the first time I saw it, so take that into account when considering the value of my judgement, I suppose.

Well it's fine to interpret things differently, in fact I welcome it as that's what harbors discussion, especially during this long hiatus. What I would say is that there are just a number of jokes throughout the series that are out of place, they may not have an actual setup, they may not have fit the scene or they may not have been explained. I personally think the examples brought up in the previous posts fit into these categories, they stand out to viewers as they aren't particularly good or just seem odd.
Take the pudding joke for example, you can watch that again and somewhat understand the joke. Star offers Marco something good, he says something which could be taken as looking down on her and as a result she slaps the pudding out of his hands in a rather passive-aggressive manner, given Daron's confirmation that Star was mad. There's structure to the joke, it's just not particularly very good, neither is the delivery. It's a miss for a lot of viewers, whilst others may like it for whatever reason. Either way you can make the some observation for other jokes in the series with varying results, the rug joke being another one on the poor side and the calzone joke on the good side depending on how you interpret the setup and delivery.
