That's deceptive editing, friend. Bucky is inside and shooting forward when it cuts to an upward beam (not a bullet) taking Rhodey down outside. Two completely different scenes. They want you to think that Bucky did it, which means it probably isn't.

Trailers can be cut a hundred different ways to trick you into believing anything.
The trailer for Hail Caesar is a great example of this. In the trailer, it shows a shot of a briefcase full of money then cuts to Scarlett Johansson's character throwing fuck-me eyes at Jonah Hill's character who is sitting behind a desk. This makes the viewer believe ScarJo will have to seduce Jonah Hill to try and get the money when in the moviethe money is simply picked up in a short non-eventful scene, and ScarJo's character is actually coming onto Jonah Hill's character in the scene in the trailer.There's also shot in the trailer (of Hail Caesar) that is actually a pretty big spoiler, but since the movie is about Hollywood the viewer might subconsciously assume it's simply on a movie set.
