I'm on-board with Walter Goggins, but I absolutely want a costume. Up the crazy meter and make his costume look purposefully cheap. Not spandex, but cloth of some sort.
Honestly, I liked Season 2 a lot, but I was so disappointed that theydid the death of Elektra without Bullseye's involvement.

I think that killing Karen works against bullseye's skill (since Elektra is an assassin), but speaks more to his insanity, since Karen is the better side of Matt.
If they go with a born again/bullseye hybrid in the netflix show, I think it'd have more impact, even if it isn't as iconic. If Matt actively tries to kill Bullseye out of revenge/anger but fails, you also get setup for a Punisher show.

Costume. Push the "anti-Daredevil" angle by having him kidnapping Betty and blackmailing the Gladiator into making him a costume using the same design as Matt's, but black and with the bullseye instead of horns. Part of the whole "getting into his character" thing Bullseye sometimes does before hitting his targets in the comics.
