Yeah, that's an option. But aka6's format is weird. Rather than take "Commissions", people pay him $30 to reserve a slot on his art streams. When their slot comes up, they give a basic description, and he cranks out what he can in 2 hours. I sat in on one once, and the commissioner did throw out comments to influence the direction the final pic went in.
Another couple I've found who do decent work are Poyle and Spidu. Poyle's pretty good, but apparently doesn't take commissions often, if at all. Spidu I can't even find any commission info on, and their style's kinda 'meh'.
