At today's Women of Marvel panel at C2E2, Marvel revealed plans for a Squirrel Girl OGN, set for release in October.
The OGN, titled "The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl Beats Up the Marvel Universe," comes from the regular "Unbeatable Squirrel Girl" creative team of writer Ryan North and artist Erica Henderson.
Marvel unveiled the cover for the OGN by Erica Henderson, along with the following solicit text.

Almost 7k is great and 3k+ for the second volume that was only out for a couple months is good.
It's especially good for a character who hasn't had an ongoing before or in a long time, and isn't an A lister.
