Jesus Christ, there's less anatomy to this than one of his porn comics.
It doesn't help that this also doesn't flow with his actual comic. From the angles, it makes it looks as if the car is already tipping over. Toedad not only lacks a neck but he appears to lack a left arm, and a third-party is holding the car frame. Meanwhile, Sal and Joyce are doing front-wheelies through traffic, and both cars involved are crossing the yellow line.
Also, Becky and Amazi-Girl have one giant tooth in their mouths. That must be fucking uncomfortable.

Toedad cuts off Joyce, Sal, and the car, so they just look like distracting background and not part of the picture.
Hard to tell context based on what we're shown: that hardly looks like a gun; why is there a rope around her arm; etc.
And Amber is still too chunky to take any of these acrobatics seriously.
