Daredevil finally snapping and going full villain, especially after the events of Bendis' run (where Matt becomes the Kingpin) and Brubaker's run (where Matt becomes the leader of The Hand) is also really solid in concept. That doesn't make the Shadowland storyline any less stupid though.
If we're talking about dumb concepts/premises, Punisher/Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, Marvel Zombies, Injustice, and bits of Morrison's Batman run were all pretty stupid.

Emerald Twilight. I wouldn't say it's the dumbest but it certainly wasn't written very well due to editorial meddling and the story being cut in half so it's rushed and incomplete on top of that. Some good stuff came afterwards but the initial story just made no sense when compared to the last few issues of Gerard Jones' run.
Ms Marvel inmaculately conceiving a child who grows to manhood, turns out to be a reborn wizard, then marries her and takes her with the Avengers blessing.
