Most make sense on certain levels. Supes and Bats are obvious. Arthur is pretty arrogant about being the owner of the seas so I can dig it. GL is nothing new.
The ones that really should be switched are Flash, Diana and Cyborg. Diana would be better at Rage since she's a warrior and all. I'm not too familiar with Cyborg but from what I do know he isn't very lovey-dovey, that fits better with Flash.

Let's be honest, giving a random DC hero one of the power rings is always going to be fun. They get to change their costume for a while, they get to experience strange new emotions and abilities, they get to interact with characters outside their usual supporting cast.
