Who's your favorite C-lister?
And for the record...
>A-lister = The most currently popular. See: Captain America, Superman, Batman, etc.
>B-lister = Was once extremely popular, has diminished in later years. See: Captain Marvel, Ghost Rider, Dr. Strange, etc.
>C-lister = Never really been that popular. Is just kinda around. See: Atom Smasher, The Creeper, Dr. Light (Kimiyo Hoshi), etc.
>>80871603
The Spectre.
>>80873112
He is a b-lister.
Ambush Bug
Killer Moth
>>80871603
>And for the record...
You are a retard. Batman in the same category as Captain America??
Pic related.
>>80873130
lol no.
This Scottish Pawg never really got a fair shake.
Mr Miracle, my favorite character of all times.
Would Mary Marvel count as a C-lister?
>>80871603
>i'm a detective
>I smoke
>I punch people in the face
Good enough for me
>>80871603
Hawkman
It would be cool if we could use this thread to talk about our favorite less popular characters and not as a chance to act like shit heads because other people have slightly different definitions of B or C list from us.
>>80871603
I feel like Gen 13 as a whole can count as one c lister
>>80871603
The shocker easily. He's such a nobody but he is easily my fav spidey villain and I fucking loved him in superior foes.
Moon Knight
Is Beast Boy B or C?
Why hasn't anyone tried to bring Phantom Lady back is beyond me.
>>80873696
B because of the cartoons.
>>80873696
He's popular enough tho imo he could stand to be even more popular.
>>80873319
>The Flash
>A-list
>The Riddler, The Thing
>B-list
>Beta Ray Bill, Oracle, Mary Marvel
>C-list
>>80871603
Does he count?
>>80873725
Plus NTT sales were nothing to sneeze at.
>>80873748
Are you implying the flash isn't A-list?
>>80873763
Oh sweety. No one cares about your picture books.
Monark Starstalker
>>80873765
I hope you're not implying the Green Lantern is a c-lister
>>80873696
I feel like as part of the 80s Teen Titans he's a B-Lister but literally anywhere else he's C.
>>80873761
Rex is just way too UGLY to get anything other than a team spot or a one episode guest appearance. Ugly as in... not pleasant to look at.
>Adam Strange still doesn't have his own niche title
Would she be a C-lister?
>>80873748
That image is pretty much perfect, the thing is the best well known FF. You kids may not remember but the X-men and the FF were more popular than the avengers for decades
>>80873792
>he said while on a Portuguese picture book messageboard
Is Dex a c-lister, or does he piggy back enough on Atrocitus to get bumped up?
>>80873851
>implying Atrocitus isn't C list
Also Dex-Star is good kitty
>>80873812
That's part of the appeal, for me. Metamorpho is like the Thing, or an X-Man. Weird to look at but he has a bombastic personality and plenty of neat powers that make him stand out. Plus, that color scheme!
Oh mister sandman...
>>80873991
Any of them really
>>80874080
But especially Maxine.
>>80874080
Power Girl might be B-Lister if only for the fact that casuals know about her due to her appearance.
>Arm-Fall-Off-Boy will never have his own comic
>>80873635
I'd argue he's a B Lister despite the joke in comics that he's not
Sir Justin, The one true Shining Knight
>>80871603
I want to say Buddy, but he's a B-lister if anything.
>>80874276
Same. Being in either Spidey's or Batman's rogues automatically bumps you up because people have heard of you through movies/video games/whatever.
Nitro!
>>80874392
>Animal Man
>B-lister
I think you're lying to yourself.
>>80874392
>Black Flash
>that costume
Wait what?
>>80874392
Eh I don't know if I agree. I think to be a B-lister you need to have at least some people who don't read comics to know who you are. Even if he did have his own title.
>>80874448
It's a future Justice league.
I think this is mostly just my multi-limb fetish speaking for me
I'd say Jason Todd. His stint as Robin was super brief and he's probably the least popular iteration of the character, so I think it's safe to call Red Hood a c-lister.
>>80873669
>>80874392
These motherfuckers are great.
I also like swamp thing... And almost everything by valiant. And it's all c-list tier, bloodshot, gilad, manowar etc
>>80873924
He's so awesome. So under used and underrated. I wish he was in more books/shows/whatever.
>>80874579
>Was sidekick to DC's biggest hero of all time
>had an entire movie about his return
>main antagonist of multi-million dollar game
>C-Lister
>>80873696
Yo, that's rad!
>>80873536
She's on my C-List, as in I would C her naked
DC
Clayface
Marvel
Selene
>>80871603
Voodoo. If she's a D-lister, the Grifter.
>>80871603
Midnighter. Although I don't think he's much of a c lister anymore since grayson or his solo series.
>>80874579
Robin is A-Lister.
Fuck this board is dumb.
>>80875044
Clayface definitely isn't a C-Lister
>>80875067
Eh, he's still 'literally who' to most people, as evidenced by his comic's sales.
Sure would be cool if this thread wasn't being shit up by "lol you think that's a c-lister?" and people circle jerking their own opinions on stuff. It might have actually been a neat thread.
That said, probably Ka-Zar or Ragdoll.
>>80875013
Mary is not for sexual.
>>80875347
>Sure would be cool if this thread wasn't being shit up by "lol you think that's a c-lister?" and people circle jerking their own opinions on stuff. It might have actually been a neat thread.
If no one commented on other peoples picks it would just be a list of names and, occasionally, pictures.
Is the Hood a C-lister? Or a B-lister?
>>80873422
Yeah we definitely need to see more of beryl hutchinson
So C-list would include a character who's recognizable but people don't know said character
Like for example say people recognize Shazam but don't know about him or like people know Aquaman but still think he's useless shit from the old cartoon, I'm probably thinking to deep about it so I'll just say Lobo and Spawn
>>80875199
I disagree, he had one or two amazing episodes in the most popular Batman Cartoon, was the twist boss in Arkham games, but his presence is pretty dull in comics. He's never part of any villain team, doesn't fight anyone beyond Batman and only has a very small number of fans. I'd count him as a C lister
>>80871603
Aquaman
Is bizzaro a c-lister or a b-lister?
>>80871603
Best C-Listers IMO:
~The Creeper
~Music Meister (Was he in anything other than BTBATB?)
~Red X (Or is he a B-lister because of TT?)
>>80875608
B-Lister, definitely. The fact that the term "Bizarro-____" is understood by pretty much everyone as the opposite of something, makes it so he'll always be culturally relevant.
>>80875199
What about Solomon Grundy or Calendar Man?
>>80875650
>>80875608
>>80875662
Guys, c lister doesnt mean "not popular".
>>80873319
>>80875905
grundy b, calendar c
zsasz is c, but if his role on gotham gets bigger he might hit b
>>80871603
>C-lister
Shade: The Changing Man. Dude could do literally anything, but he can't get his shit together enough for much more than parlor tricks on most days. Kind of like Sentry, but way worse.
>>80875650
Music Meister was in a season 1 episode of Justice League. I forget which (ep.13?). Watched it last night on Netflix.
>>80875199
There's like 5 Clayfaces. Most are C-list.
>Complains about there being lack of black heroes
>cancels the best
>rarely uses the best
E-Lister: The Heckler
>>80873536
>>80875013
>>80875374
> You now remember that fapfic someone wrote about her
I need it now. And I think it got removed from youtube.
i'm not sure what he's considered but I love Iron fist, and whatever he was before he's now moving up.
will he be a B-lister after netflix?
My nigga Blue Beetle
>>80877478
And his girlfriend Traci 13.
>>80877576
My nigga
>>80877612
Is that the chick from thr Buzz Lightyear cartoon?
Pic related.
>>80873838
I'm gonna say yeah. Maybe even D nowadays.
