The way parallel universes work is that they're broadly similar in terms of population, nations, and so on. It's like a rainbow. The colors closest together are almost identical where they blend, but the colors either side of them are quite different.

Since Miles didn't come from one of the well-covered Bad End dimensions, his 616 counterpart is probably just some kid with a deadbeat dad, if he survived infancy and if he was actually conceived/born.

That's what's so shitty about this panel and to a greater extent the Infinity event that came after: both Bendis and Hickman fundamentally failed to understand the concepts they'd been working with. It would be fine to have put a 616 Miles in and even to have him be radically different - sometimes little things in a universe are different from its near neighbors - but you'd have to actually show that. Leaving it like this just means that he's probably just some kid.
