Chess is a solvable game, so technically Bats wouldn't have a chance if Supes went full autism. Unless they both go full autism and just play the whole game out in their minds like gigantic goddamn homos.

I'm assuming they're both QBs? difficult call. I'd give it to Supes, if only because coming from the midwest he probably had more of an interest in handegg than Bruce.

Batman, on the other hand, is a world traveller and has therefore probably seen a lot of divegrass.

the game would be forfeited when Clark accidentally threw too hard and vaporized the board. I'd give it to Bats otherwise though, throwing sharp things is how he fights crime.

>Chess
Clark decides that it's important to preserve Bruce's ego and decides to let him win. Bruce knows Clark has made this decision and intentionally plays poorly, hoping to force him into winning just out of Bat-spite. Clark recognizes this strategy right off and adjusts his level of skill accordingly, which Bruce responds to by doing the same, etc, etc. Eventually, it reaches the point where Clark asks what a rook does because "he always gets it mixed up with the horse", to which Bruce responds that he's fairly sure rooks don't actually move and are just meant to be "board ornamentation, like the fake mountains in the board game Life".

Stalemate.

>Basketball
In the interest of fairness, Clark subjects himself to a 24 hour red solar radiation bath to ensure he's sufficiently depowered for all sporting events. The first game is one-on-one half-court. Even without his powers, Clark is in excellent shape, and more importantly, he's a tremendous sports fan. Bruce understands the rules of the game and is in excellent shape as well, but plays in a strictly clinical sense; he's able to sink three-pointers easily when he has the ball, but Clark's superior and flashy footwork (he's a Lakers fan) ensures he never has it for long.

Point: Superman.

>Football
Team Superman: Clark, Guy Gardner, Hal Jordan, Barry Allen
Team Batman: Bruce, Dick, Tim, Oliver Queen, Wally West
Both teams are evenly matched at the start, but the game quickly devolves into Barry and Wally competing to see who can pass to themselves from the longest distance. Guy gets annoyed and uses his ring to create the lineup of the 1974 Pittsburgh Steelers, technically securing the victory.

Point: Superman (but he felt bad about it).

>Soccer
To prevent a repeat of the last event, the game is essentially a shootout. Reduced to the pure mathematics of making the shot, Batman has the advantage right from the start.

Point: Batman.

>Darts
Similar to the above. It's a simple matter of applied mathematics, aided by the fact that Bruce doesn't have to directly compete against Clark, only outperform him when they play independently.

Point: Batman.

>Drinking Contest
Even without his super metabolism, Clark has the stocky, powerful physique of a middle-american farmboy, and can definitely hold his alcohol. Bruce, on the other hand, is well known for being prepared to deal with all pathogens known to man and some that aren't, simply because he can't risk his mind being compromised. If he's not completely immune to alcohol's inebriating effects, his tolerance is certainly higher than Clark's.

Point: Batman.

>Monopoly
Simply put, Clark plays for fun and Bruce plays to win. Clark is open to fair trades, Bruce will only consider trades heavily weighted in his favor. Clark is okay with it when Bruce is a little light on rent, Bruce demands Clark mortgage his properties to pay for his stay on Mediterranean Ave. Game ends when Bruce lands on Clark's fully built-up Boardwalk and Clark offers to float him the $1400 he needs, prompting Bruce to flip the board in frustration while shouting about the Parker Brothers' original intention in designing the game as a criticism of capitalism, not an endorsement of it.

Point: Superman, but he calls it a stalemate.

>Parker Brothers' original intention in designing the game as a criticism of capitalism
1- the original design was by Some Socialists, not an explicitly capitalist board game company or its then-boardroom-bound founders. Parker Brothers co-opted it.

2-no one ever plays Monopoly to have fun. People play Monopoly because they haven't heard of Settlers of Catan.
