Just because he is a bit more raggedy looking does not mean he is anything like the actual character. Lobo was a parody of the gritty rough ultra violent anti-hero of that era. It's just he was so liked he continued with the schtick through the years. He's a joke, but were all in on it so we get to share in the laughing which is why he didn't just go away once the joke got old. Nubo can't really ever be that, because there was never any wink in the character. It can only ever really be this same new lobo fag missing the point and playing the character straight. Nubo can never be lobo...at best he can only be a shitty lobo cosplayer.
