It's picked up a lot during this issue.
GA Annual was the start, then issue 48 was the follow-up.
Overall, it started off pretty shaky and, arguably, crappy. Neither Percy nor Kudranski were really comfortable and putting good work in.
But with this issue, I think the writing and art are both pretty solid. IMO, the only flaw is with the faces of the various female characters (the hooker creeping around the bloodbank, Paragon's assistant; and even Emi).

I hope Percy treats his post-Rebirth biweekly run like this double length issue. I havent tried rereading his arcs since he started but it seems they read better in a single read
I really hope Rebirth doesnt change up Lemires origin too much and it gets Percy to bring back Lemire!Diggle.
