But then there was this amazing Rhino story where he turned out to be a Russian mobster who was fairly intelligent, but extremely weary of being a superpowered criminal. (It's 'The Gauntlet', where he has to fight a younger Rhino in what's basically an Iron Man suit.)

I mean, Kraven SHOT HIMSELF. Like, it's not as though Spidey killed him. He beat the fuck out of a Spidey, then went:
