Depends on who's making it.
Is it "fun 4chan" where it's just a series of comics with varying hilarious situations with a few "arcs" here and there, or is it "angry 4chan" where it's a bunch of comics trying too hard to be offensive because we're the "internet hate machine" and they aren't really enjoyable in the least, unless you're an edgemeister?
