As requested a while back, here’s my own translation of the first story in which the character of Dickie Duck (“Paperetta Yè-yè”, as we call her here) appears, written and drawn by one the main founders of Italian Disney comics, Romano Scarpa back in 1966. While she’s inexplicably popular in Brazil and, to a far lesser degree, Italy, she’s practically unknown to most English readers.
It’s far from being the best things the Italians ever wrote, not to mention it’s oozing with waifufaggotry. Still, there’s something a bit charming about how firmly planted in the 60s the whole thing is. Also, Scrooge’s interactions with Goldie are always nice...
More on that "rocket mail" later...
Apologies for the poor scan quality. I didn’t have much to work with, I’m afraid…

Oh so she's a Ye-Ye girl? That explains alot, though her style isn't really that Ye-Ye.
Everyone’s sure happy to meet someone they’ve heard of for the first time less than a few minutes ago...
By the way: the whole rocket mail business? Never mentioned again. I guess someone was just very excited for the Moon landing...

When do they fuck this duck?

Is she doing a brand new improvised version of truckin'?

That guard has some balls.

This is from 1966 and truckin is from 1968, but I don't think Crumb is hipster enough to read Italian Mickey Mouse mags

Well, of course. But a joke had to be made.
That's it, folks! I hope the original requester for this will be able to see the finished product...
I might consider translating more of these Italian Disney comics in the near future, though possibly something a bit more interesting...

Yeah this is kind of really bad and 40 pages is way too long. Good work though, for this pic too I think? Hope this isn't the typical Italian story

I never thought I 'd see a comic with Goldie giving her blessing to Brigitta, and I still wish I hadn't.

Why would Scrooge not just use the paper to stoke his heater? This Scrooge is wrong, very wrong.

Considering every Duck character is going out of their way to welcome this Poochie character, I thought he was written decently in this.
