The worst part, IMO, was the Lost Files backup story in the first 5 issues. After that, the Lost Files become a lot more interesting.
After that, it's 100% great.

I'll agree that the first Lost Files arc was more or less standard spy stuff, but I love Guice's art for those bits. His style reminds me a lot of John Paul Leon's, with the very heavy blacks defining backgrounds and figures.
Honestly the whole book has good art though, at worst it dips a bit into some house artists.
Mind I've only read the first two trades, as a dirty tradewaiter. How has the Shadowman arc been? I'm really excited to eventually get to the Assault on King's Castle.

It really has pacing issues. The first arc is alright, but everything afterwards a sharp decline from that including the revelation of the rest weaponeer which were underwhelming to the whole dull surprise about kanon's henchwomen that should have been addressed sooner.

Archer and Armstrong, Quantum and Woody, Eternal Warrior and Bloodshot Reborn are all terrible. Most other stuff (at least from what I've read) ranges from ok to great.
