That, and the girls sound WAYYYY too similar. Barely any inflection or intotation.

It'll be mediocre. Some of the clips I saw were kinda funny, others not so much. The art style is bland, the animation is pretty crappy.
All in all, it'll be inoffensive enough to get by for a season then fade into obscurity. Not exactly proper treatment for the Powerpuff Girls, but what can you do?

That said, the designs look alright for the girls. Brighter colors than the previous incarnations, a bit more individuality, but something seems off, the colors aren't as pronounced, though that could just be style choice, and the small mouths just make their heads a tad too big.

It feels like its trying to be the original show but failing horrendously at it.
This is worse than TTG. TTG is offensive because of the relation to source material, not the show itself. Sure it has its own problems, and numerous bad episodes, but its clearly trying to be its own thing, and sometimes it actually works and comes off as genuinely
funny.
But this doesn't even look good on its own merits.
I don't think it's doomed, but I don't think much of it. That clunky, lazy-feeling flash style animation really doesn't do the series credit. I'm already annoyed with the hamfisted gender related messages. Just... let the characters be themselves, the messages should just be a natural component of their doings.

I think that's the key. It'll just barely touch what made the original show great and it's going to play it incredibly safe. Which is boring and stupid but just enough to convince people to buy merchandise from the show.
