I can get behind that. The great thing is in Marco Polo there was a great mix of styles. There was the very stylized chinese style, like praying mantis looking stuff, you also had mongolian full armor sword fighting that was brute force until the people were so fatigued they could barely swing, and you had a war scenes.
I still maintain Christina Chong would be a good choice for Colleen Wing.

That would be good if/when we see the other Immortal Weapons. They can each have their own individual fighting styles. Cobra would be obviously sumo inspired, I'm thinking fighter mixed with the movement of a contortionist for Bride. It ups the creep factor. Tiger's can be fan ballet.
