Art Adams' Monkeyman and O'Brien
Duncan The Wonder Dog, despite its name it follows a monkey through a large chunk.
The Humans

Astro City has a really cool arc about a talking Gorilla.

JLApe

You guys are so great.
'the filth' has Dimitri-9. Hes not in it very much but hes a great character. Hes a soviet chimp shot into space that came back a deadly deadly killer who never misses. Except he always misses the first time just to fuck with his target.

Volume II NEVER.
Wasn't one of the characters in Agents of Atlas a gorilla?
Shadowpact stuff
I heard the Planet of the Apes comics have been mostly good.

Nope and it sucks because of course Hines has Duncan pop up only near the end and really all the reader knows is that he's supposed to be a Christ like character. Although Hines is so secretive that for all anyone knows he's completing the whole thing right now and is going to put it all up online like show 1 but that is just wishful thinking.
Six gun gorilla?

There's a comic called Grease Monkey that's alright. It's a sci-fi slice-of-life comic about mechanics on a massive space battleship crewed by humans and uplifted apes.

>about mechanics on a massive space battleship
I love blue collar scifi.
