Movie companies do this all the time. They take obscure reviews and blast them huge then the tiny text its like some bumpkin spot from nowhere to try to get the bandwagon effect going.

If we're just taking about Disney Animation (not Pixar), then I can see why people think that. Not sure if I agree myself.
But I definitely think it's the best Disney film this decade. Better than Frozen, Tangled, Big Hero 6, and Wreck-it Ralph for sure.
