People that actually read the comics know that Bruce makes a lot of mistakes, the one that usually complain about him being the best at everything are the ones that don't read his stuff or don't even watch more casual things like his movies.
For every time he defeats someone there is another instance where he is defeated and no one claims that Batman is perfect.

For example, he's supposed to be intelligent, and we see all the intelligence feats he has.
