I'm mostly an anime waifu drawfag, I love to draw anime girls.
But lately, I'm heavily interested into learning to draw cartoon girls and comic girls.
It's there any artist that tries to mix those three styles?

Idk who the character is. This is a drawing from an artist named Krooked Glasses. Their art style is kinda like cartoon mixed with animefixed typo

Instead of focusing on anime anatomy you'll need to work on simpler shapes that work for easier animation.
All of those styles have simple shapes like blocky hands, round/ovular eyes, and stockier bodies with thin necks.
If you have Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape, using/learning to use either will help you out a lot.
