Honestly with all the shit you just listed, Peter Parker has so many plot holes that he shouldn't even exist anymore. Hell he's not even Peter Parker anymore IMO, just another Tony Stark clone but with Spiders. Best peter was when he was a humble school teacher who was somehow married to a movie star who'd drop by occasionally from her work. They weren't always together, but they cherished the time they had together and they had both reached the point in their relationship that they found the balance between being Spider-man and working things out. He lived in an apartment full of weirdos and was trying to help his friend through rehab. That was the best period of Spider-man for me, and it felt like a real growth of his character.
