Wounded animals thread

What is this about?

>What is this about?
It's really fucking weird that's what it's about.
Don't know what this is, and I'm not a furry, but I like it when animals are only slightly anthropomorphic.
>>80363210
It's about transgenics. And drugs and war and death and love and sex and awesome art and elephantmen galore.
>>80363354
I think this has nothing to do with furry, I am just curious about
Did anyone read Ourobouros?
>>80363210
iirc... some rich guy kidnaps shitload of woman and using power of technology creates mutants, half humans half animals, then mindrapes these creatures into perfect slaves - then army finds out about it, storms the place and free "slaves"

Don't forget the war in Europe where the elephantmen wiped out a good portion of the population.
This is from which editor house?
One of comics I wish to read one issue to see is it good.
Elephantmen falls in that category of comics that a lot of people fucking know about but have never checked out. Myself included but maaan, it looks nice. They also got a bunch of Canadians I like working on the book.
Can someone storytime this? I am really curious about this thing.
>>80364810
It's a cute little hippo.
>>80365797
Tell me, would be good to read this while listening Kinh Crimson's Discipline Album?
Elephantmens quality drops once Moritat leaves the book.
Also I hope Ladrönn finishes Hip Flask #5 soon, so we finally get a nice HC of the series.

King*
>>80365944
Dunno, the only King Crimson album I've listened to was In the Court of the Crimson King.

Mad genius scientist creates an army of supposedly clonned human-animal hybrids as labor force in the 25th century. Some time later a huga ass war erupts and 90% of Europe's population gets wiped out by disease, famine and these hybrids, collectively known as "Elephantmen". UN finds out they're not clones, but the result of genetic manipulation and enforced breeding on kidnapped African women; assault on mad genius' place ensues, the UN "frees" the Elephantmen, who are deported to the US and intergrated into civil society, with varying results.
It's decent enough; some great issues, and many mild or meh ones. It's worth a shot.
>>80366001
That would fit too.

>The UN "frees" the Elephantmen, who are deported to the US and intergrated into civil society, with varying results.
I like that end
Story time one issue?
>>80365739
Image I believe.

This is now the 3rd Elephantmen thread this week.
Stop shilling your book Starkings!
>>80368228
Gee, it's like we want to talk about a comic on this board. Gasp!
>>80368228
It's the second anon
Who are the main characters?
>>80372565
Hip Flask, who has his own main series, he's the hippo, and Ebony (Ebenezer) Hide, the elephant in OP's pic.
Then you got several other characters like Trench, Miki, etc.
>>80372641
Who were on the war? Flask was on the war?
>>80372565
>>80372709
All Elephanmen took part in the war. The main cast were part of the same platoon.
They are Hyeronimus "Hip" Flask (hipo), Ebenezer "Ebony" Hide (elephant),Obadiah Horn (rhino), Elijah Granger (giraffe), Kashba Joe (camel) and also the zebra version of Samuel L. Jackson, whose name I don't remember right now.
>>80373191
the zebra was racist against whites?
>>80373305
Nah,but kinda looks like him. I read his dialogues in Jackson's voice.
I got the names wrong; Elijah is a croco, the giraffe is called Jeremiah. And the zebra is Trench.
>>80373356
Do you have any pics of them? At least the hipo.
The Moreau series is the same exact plot but done better.
>>80365947
Also was Elephantmen also delayed to hell and back even during Moritat's tenure?
>>80373721
Not really.
>>80373615
>>80374214
This is Obediah Horn. He's a sorta villain/not quiteish?
>>80374234
Damn they are huge
>>80374234
I see some butt and not from Obediah.
