Reverse Flash is the title of Professor Zoom, Zoom, and the Rival
Zoom has nothing to do with the Black Racer and is still Hunter Zolomon in the show. All they did was make his costume black and change his motivations (as far as we know).
Eobard Thawne is confirmed to be a professor by Gideon so there's a high likelihood that he will adopt the name Professor Zoom in the future.

I'd imagine Zoom taunted this guy, gave him his name and everything. Maybe he tried to make everyone believe it's all Jay's fault while the real Jay is dead or whatever, those are details. As for the code, he spent half his life in prison where ability to communicate without talking might have been pretty useful.

Ended up getting killed and his consciousness merged with the speedforce, and he ended up turning in to the black flash and went around killing speedsters on accident. Superman was able to get him contained in some tube thingy and the JL was able to purify him.
