Someone posted a thread about rachel, on why she hasn't appeared in a while. Apparently some anon who claimed to have been Ben replied to the thread and said that they got rid of her because he was getting obsessively in love with her character and started stalking her voice actor. I think the reason why everyone was mocking you was because despite it not being the most perfect example of proper grammar structure, people still understood what he was trying to convey, and your joke made you out to be someone who can't grasp what someone is meaning to say despite one or two simple mistakes that are over looked due to the subject matter.
For example, Someone can say,
"your a nice guy"
People will recognize what that statement means and already see it as You're/you are.
You would make a joke like,
"Your nice guy? I didn't know you own a nice guy"
And thus people will mistake your joke for sincerity.
