The art is amazing, and the plot's nice and all, but the dialogue... obnoxious as hell. I don't like Harley but I can tolerate her...when her dialogue isn't this cringy.

I don't know about that, I just think he writes dialogue high sometimes. If you look at his Batman Eternal issues they all suffer from bad dialogue, but then you get to something like Grayson Annual 1 and the dialogue is clever and flows perfectly.

Just wanted to point out that this is silly. Suicide Squad's cast should rotate and should feature obscure villains all the time. Some might die, some might live and come back a few arcs later.
El Diabla might be in this arc becomes of some movie synergy but it's subtle.
