And that's it, hope you enjoyed.

I'm quite liking this so far, I'm a sucker for Sorrentino's art.
>>
>>79738100

i like this hulk
>>
>>79738135

neat, thanks op
>>
If I may ask, how does this fit in to the ANAD universe?
>>
>>79738266
If I'm not mistaken, with the whole Secret Wars thing going on, old Logan was transported to the main Marvel universe and is now trying to find the people responsible for fucking up the world he came from. I haven't read the Secret Wars Old Man Logan (muh Bendis), but I did read the original run by Millar and this feels like some sort of continuation.

For those of you who read the Bendis OML, is it worth it?
>>
>>79738266
I think this is just after the universe is brought back because the first version has him running around naked
>>
This is a boring fucking premise.
>>
>>79738309
No, no, it's an interesting premise, it's a boring execution.
>>
>>79738304
>For those of you who read the Bendis OML, is it worth it?

No.
>>
>>79738326
This premise is not fucking interesting.
>>
>>79738379
I disagree.
Old wolverine being sent back in time to right future wrongs could easily be interesting if it actually felt like they were going or even could go somewhere with it.
>>
>>79738409

Wait, are we talking about ANAD OML or Age of Ultron?
>>
>>79738409
The problem is, we already know for a fact that the future he comes from is impossible. There's just too many contradictions between Old Man Logan and developments that came in the MU after it was published. The most important being the Inhuman Terrigen Cloud, they even acknowledged this in Extraordinary X-Men since Logan has no idea what that even is.
The future Logan is trying to avoid has already been avoided.
>>
>>79738450
That's kind of the point, anon. This OML is so filled with revenge that he doesn't really care that he's not really preventing the future he's from. He wants to prevent the very /possibility/ of a future like that.
>>
>>79738049
Logan you moron. USE THE INTERNET.
Why the hell didn't he do any research before embarking on this revenge quest? I bet he doesn't even know that the original Red Skull is dead and the one running around now is a clone from WWII with the Brain of Xavier
>>
>>79738049
I hope we get a definitive answer on Mysterio since he was jailed inside a dead universe.
>>
>>79738504
They'll presumably say that he managed to escape the Triskelion during the confusion created by the Final Incursion or some other event, then went back to his own Earth.
The big question is, will he still remember Spider-Man's secret ID?
>>
been away from comics for a while and just getting back in, hope you guys can help a fellah out. so from what i gather, all the alt universes started dying, so doom got power of a god somehow, and saved a bit of each (like part of ultiamte unvirse, part zombie marvel, part old man logan etc) and made 1 planet out of them called battle world correct? then something happened and now 616 is back, but it has a scattering of characters from the different realities in it now?
if this is so, do all the characters know they are in the wrong world, do they know what happened to their old worlds, is doom still a god? i have yet to start the battleworld, secret wars but im just curious how 616 is now thats its settled
>>
>>79738409
>Old *insert character* being sent back in time to right future wrongs
Is a boring and overused fucking premise.
>>
>>79738700
Squadron Supreme knows they're in the wrong universe, so does The Maker. Miles and Logan do not know.
>>
>>79738700
Welcome back
>The Multiverse was restored
>A few realities remained dead, and there's refugees from those worlds like OML, Ultimate Reed Richards and the Squadron Supreme
>Miles Morales is the exception, he has been fully integrated into the MU as if he had always been there, but he remembers everything even though his supporting cast doesn't. Also his mom is alive again.
>And Tom Brevoort insists it's not 616 anymore, it's Prime Earth. Feel free to ignore him.
>>
>>79738450
>The future Logan is trying to avoid has already been avoided.

Yes, and obviously Logan is in the process of discovering this fact. This "change the future" quest he's on is a futile one, but well-intentioned. Once he realizes that, we'll see where things go from there. It's not like killing Mysterio and the Red Skull isn't still a worthwhile goal regardless of whether or not doing so has the particular effect of preventing his specific timeline after all.
>>
>>79738484
>I bet he doesn't even know that the original Red Skull is dead and the one running around now is a clone from WWII with the Brain of Xavier

Well, who knows. Maybe the one from his timeline was the same thing, and the telepathic part of his brain had just gotten damaged or something somewhere along the line. Regardless of which, killing any version of the Red Skull is always a good idea.
>>
>>79738834
Wasn't Red Skull a clone in 616 back when the original Old Man Logan was published?
>>
>>79738876
I think the Red Skull was either in a Zolabot or sharing a body with some Russian guy back when OML was published

>series is about a bitter old man being faced with everything he knew about the Marvel Universe being All-New All-Different
holy shit Lemire you absolute madman
>>
>>79738700
>if this is so, do all the characters know they are in the wrong world?
Some do, some don't. Depends on the character. Ones like OML is in the wrong world but he just thinks he's in the wrong time-period. Most can tell they're in the wrong world though because of how different things are.

>do they know what happened to their old worlds,
The ones in Squadron Supreme know that their worlds are gone, others don't. Again, it varies from character to character.

>is doom still a god?
No Reed is.
>>
>>79738135
Thanks OP, I appreciate it
>>
>>79737998
is this a new issue? i read Old Man and it ended with Logan carrying a baby hulk.
Redpill me m8, im confused
>>
>>79741319
this is the third Old Man Logan story.
The first one is the one you have read.
During Secret Wars last year Bendis wrote a mini that you can skip.
Now Old Man Logan is in 616 and is trying to make sense, just like you do.
>>
pretty cool book. in many ways, I enjoy x-books more than other marvel stuff.

Now, if Ghost Rider would get another chance, I would be delighted
>>
>>79741524
oh shit, where i can see the one i missed?
>>
>>79741634
I don't recommend bendis, and I will not post it,
but

here is issue #1 of this volume
http://www109.zippyshare.com/v/Su0s1qey/file.html
>>
>>79738379
Old Man Logan's premise isn't interesting either to be fair. It's a sort of generic Mad Max/Clint Eastwood revenge fantasy that is lifted by some cool moments and ideas in the execution.
>>
>>79741634

How
Like, beneath the adamantium?
>>
>>79738093
Did the writer forget wolverines skeleton?
>>
Really liking this book, it's no Vision but still it's all right, worth a buy so far.

the fact that now kate will be on it is a massive plus too
>>
>>79744486
This, Vision, Hercules and Squadron are the only ones I'm following. Before ANAD I wasn't reading anything, so it's not that bad.

Hoping Moon Knight will be good too.
>>
>>79741319
>ended with Logan carrying a baby hulk.
It continued in Fantastic Four and ended in Fantastic Force with Logan knocking up Thor's mum.
>>
>>79738326
It's a boring premise atop of a boring execution.
>>
>>79738093
>6 broken ribs
What the hell?
>>
Man, I am as lost as old man Logan on how much the Marvel universe has changed in the past years.
>>
Wolverine can't smell that that's not Banner? He doesn't know the difference between the smell of Banner and the smell of egg rolls?

Wolverine now has breakable ribs? What, they aren't adamantium anymore?

This is fucking stupid if you know the slightest thing about Wolverine. But god damn is that art good.

I read an interview that Bendis gave. He said Miles knew he was in the wrong universe, and he will address it later.
>>
>>79748476
You never read the original oml run have you kiddo?
>>
>>79748401
>>
>>79749354

I've read it years ago but I don't remember much about it.
>>
I never understood how Wolverine aged so much in 50 years. I mean Hawkeye looked only slightly older than him. I get that it is cool to have an older hero, but they couldn't have made it like 100 years.
