I'm with you, it's the kid or Felicity's mom. I don't think it's Quentin, he's got a few storylines left in him, and killing him off when Caity Lotz is tied up with LoT is a waste of a big moment. And it's not Thea, there's way too much tension to exploit between her and Malcolm. Similarly, Roy's too juicy a guest star. Kiddo or mommy explains the tension between Felicity and Oliver in the car.
Or, long shot, it's the girl Oliver knocked up. Provides the same tension with Felicity, but leaves the kid alive for Connor Hawke shenanigans, and pushes Oliver/Felicity into a sudden new place with a kid to take care of.
