What Dredd comics focus on the world they live in and its citizens, I read one where the certain people in the city start going off the rails and the Judges changed the law so you no longer need a permit for a goldfish which I enjoyed

A lot of stories do, to varying degrees. The democracy progs later in Dredd, the Helltrek one about civilians crossing the cursed earth was pretty cool, if possibly depressing. If you read the case files you'll find them.

The one you're thinking of is actually a Judge Anderson story rather than Dredd, its "Anderson: Psi Division - The Protest". Mainstream Dredd tends to focus more on the common cits as criminals or as punchlines, but the America and Chopper stories have some insights. The madder fads of the future do give some insights, particularly the ones involving Fatties, Simps and Otto Sump's various enterprises.
Outside of Dredd, the stories with members of the Wally Squad (undercover Judges) as the main characters often go into a lot more detail about the lives of the Citizenry. The series "The Simping Detective", "The Low Life" and "Lenny Zero" are of particular note. Psi Judge Anderson often has to deal with Cits in more compassionate ways than Dredd and friends as well, so you do gain insights that way.
Outside of Mega City One, there are several series set in other locations in Dredd's world. Brit Cit and Hondo City are the most fleshed (in "Armitage", "Brit-Cit Noir", "Emerald Isle", the "Kenny Who" series and "Shimura" / "Hondo City Justice", respectively), but Texas City and the Cursed Earth, Mega City Two, Sino Cit, Vatican City (and the appalling supernatural creatures they crack down on), South-Am, the moon and the space colonies have all been explored in stories over the years.

hey, I have been looking for a dredd story, but I don't know it's name. It was about a little girl that got into a car accident or something like that, dredd saved her but she was about to die, so the doctors took her brain and put it in a robot, the family was thankful and dredd decided to keep an eye on the kid, but it was imposible for her to adapt, so in the end she dies/commits suicide, dredd is heavily affected by this and is send to some kind of therapy/brainwashing stuff. Do you which one is? I have been looking for it for years and I can't find it.

This story comes after The Return of Rico, which introduced Dredd's clone brother, but is one of the first to give more background into Dredd's early life.

I don't understand how somebody can get that fat and still feel like they want to live anymore. Even when I start developing a gut I do some simple exercises and run and I'm generally conscious of what I eat even if I go overboard from time to time. You have to bear in mind that this is part of a much longer story arc that was building up in the background of Dredd getting more and more fed up with the Justice system. It ultimately leads to him handing in his badge and taking the Long Walk out of the city and into the Cursed Earth, to bring Law to the Lawless. Spoilershe came back
