As I said in another thread, as a civillian I'd totally be pro-reg. I agree with the notion that people like Hulk and Scarlet Witch are way too dangerous to just trust them and let them do whatever they want because they say they're nice and they won't do bad things. Immediately forcing them to sign up for some kind of task force or special police unit would be taking things too far though. They're still humans who often had no choice in becoming what they are. However, in the MCU the government has been proven to be unreliable and very vulnerable to manipulation and infiltration by supernazis, terrorists, etc. So I would definitely not trust them with the responsibility to keep the enhanced people in check and keeping everyone safe.

What I dislike about almost everyone with Captain America is that aside from Ant-Man their costumes are so fucking terrible and neutered in every way to the point that they are basically just wearing clothes instead of actual costumes. I'm happy it is unavoidable with Ant-Man but with Hawkeye its like they are not even trying.
Obviously within the context of their existence in these movies what they are wearing makes sense, i'm not saying it doesn't, but their origins should have been more accurately done so that they could wear their costumes too. It sounds so silly to say such minor details make a big difference but if Hawkeye had a mask and Scarlet Witch a tiara that would be perfect to me on top of thematically being better if secret identities were more common. It is a small enough roster that just one character having a mask makes a difference. I think its cool as hell that it's likely Ant-Man is trying to conceal his identity from the general public.
The only reason I thought up this entire post was because Ant-Man almost looks out of place as the only person on his team with a full covering suit and I had to stop myself to think why that is. Not to say Captain America looks bad, obviously that general design is standard for him.

The way you win a team battle if your team is on average weaker is that you pair off so that their team does not have an overwhelming advantage in any of their fights, but you have at least one easy win for yours.
In this situation the first thing would be to pair off Scarlet Witch against Vision. Even if she can't win, she can probably keep him occupied long enough. Cap or Bucky could take BP. Falcon leads War Machine away from the fight. Now you've got a much more one-sided fight like Scott vs. Tony that your side can quickly win, then go help someone else out.

They didn't "give" him to them. They made a deal that benefits them both. Disney can use THE Marvel cashcow in their movies, Sony gets some of the profits. Sony is still the one making the MCU Spidey movie, but Marvel is holding their hand so that it stays in tune with the MCU (aka so that they don't fuck up).
