Still early days but I think the writing isn't as good as Flash and whenever time is dedicated to the Hawks the pacing grinds to a halt (though hopefully that stops now Hawkman is dead). The character interactions are easily the strongest part of the show, Cold, Heatwave and Stein have been really good so far.

Great Character interactions and banter. Most people had a problem with the Hawk's romance but that shouldn't be a problem from now on.
I'm personally enjoying it more than Arrow and Flash because of the sheer scale of the fights and the changing locations. Central and Star City were starting to get a little old.
I personally love Arrow and Flash, but LoT is scratching an itch that no other show is right now.

It was the first episode this season where team arrow was written as becoming fed up with Felicity's shit. The shit was still omnipresent, but she wasn't "STRONGER THAN ALL OF US!" in the ep. I think 3 gets a bad rap as the first half or so was pretty great it was the back third or so that really really fell to fucking shit. Once the League stuff started up.
I think this seasons big problem is pacing of plots. The first have gave Laurel the Sara stuff, and then that was over b-plots switched to Felicity getting the main focus.
It has no idea how to balance its plots and character arcs right now.
I don't want Laurel or Thea to die but honestly one of them needs to go to trim Team Arrow's fat. I think Laurel being a more independent hero and Dig staying at base for the bigger battles really would have helped the team balance a lot in fight scenes too.
