Dodge and all attack is good obviously. Critical rate and damage will syngergize with her gear, I personally don't equip her that way but you can.

There was a small window of the event proper wherein you could unlock the costume by finishing enough premium covers (not the free ones you can get through Dimensional Rifts), with hilariously low odds designed to drain whale coffers, but since then she's been flat out unavailable.

That outfit is unique. It's a reward for getting a full premium cover which basically means people have to spend hundreds of dollars in order to get it through random chance. Because of this they obviously couldn't make it up for regular sale or the whales would riot. So it will always be exclusive.

About the update, I hate it. I heavily dislike the new main menu, let alone the new font. Just what we needed, more ads and less content. Loki's uni gives him CC and makes it so he can be used in female BW/AB, which is incredibly useful considering AB and to a lesser extent BW is where Loki shines. Making one of the best characters even better.
ANAD Angela makes her DPS fucking insane. She's the ultimate Throot killer now.
You'd be good with either. Lady Loki isn't a huge improvement but makes him more versatile. ANAD Angela turns a decent character into a great character. Though both are really hard to farm, especially Angela. On the flip side, Loki isn't very good until 6* whereas Angela's two best skills are her 1* and 2*.

Really good:
WWH: Changes him to a super villain and alters all of his moves. Thanks to the previous update, Hulk was great, but now with the uniforms passive and +10% to skills he's even better. I feel like the moveset change was needed to prevent him from being OP.
Decent improvement, but skip if you don't main:
>Drax: the +10% uniform stat boost, plus the defense penetration are all great to add to him. His moves aren't really altered much with one or two using the sword for a little extra range. If he used the sword instead of his knife for extra range, I could see him contending with GM easily.
Rocket: Gave him 2 extra mines to his worst skill and changed covering fire to shoot missiles, but removed the jump back. The good news is that the damage seems a pinch higher. At least mines can sometimes get multiple hits in and are semi useful for kiting.
Do I take Maleketh or Rocket raccoon to 5* from 3*?

Blog time, female Loki is so fucking good. I got 120000 on alliance battle for the first time, but I don't know if I should keep using Red Skull if only for the extra cooldown reduction or change him to Ultron.
For one, Ultron has also summons and would make for a nice summon team with Blastpin and Loki. For the another, the extra skill cooldown helps me so much on the last stages of Alliance Battle, specially when the minions and the Asgardian Beast overlap.

Hulk is now much harder to farm. If you really REALLY want it (and it is a great uni... right now. It can change when more data rolls in) go for it, otherwise pass.
Personally I would wait at least two more days to see what the concencious is. For instance we all thought ALAD Spidey was amazing, but it turned out to be just decent when the numbers got crunched.

Getting ANAD Spidey was my greatest regret. Everyone was saying how awesome it is so I got it without a second thought. The moment when I realised that it outright removed the webs, his most useful skill, and the dps on the replacement webs sucked, my heart fucking sank.
I assumed it still kept them stuck in place because when you use it in skill preview, the enemies stay stuck in place and don't move as if they're webbed while effected by the shock so it seemed to me like it was just spidey's web shot but with DoT added to it.
The worst part is that I was short on crystals at the time and could only afford one uni, and I wasted it on ANAD Spidey.

They are? Why would they do that when Rulk's 6* leadership gives a +60% boost. That means there's no difference between 5* mastery and 6* mastery for him. The cap should be at least 60%.

Yes she does. She's Midgard's rep on the Council of Realms, making her being Thor a conflict of interest.
