Oh and btw is there someone from France around here? When I looked for a third volume all i could find was the french site of the publisher. From all I understood there only two but I wouldn't trust myself about this.

I checked on the Dargaud site and on wikipedia and there's only two volumes. Wikipedia says there were published in 2003 and 2004. The publisher site still indicates "SÉRIE EN COURS" (ongoing) so there could be a sequel one day.
An other comics named Hiram Lowatt & Placido is also supposed to be ongoing even though the second and last volume published is from 2000. It's not very encouraging.
His lastest comic dates back to 2014.
He has made a lot of comics. I'm French and I've never heard of this guy. I'm not an avid reader of French comics but it's still surprising.
