I actually really liked it. Norm's dancing was great and the plot was really clever and unexpected, the idea of building condos in antarctica is hilarious!! Also Rob Scheider is great in this. I hope this gem isn't overlooked when Zoophobia and Panda Fighter 3 come out.

This is what bugged me the most, when he wasn't copying shot styles from A New Hope for things like the X-Wing Pilots, the direction was just generic shit with a lot of tilted camera pans. I guess some people like them, but I can't stand them. I don't really care that it kinda looks like the cameraman was tossed to the ground from an explosion, that shit doesn't fit most of the time unless it's a found footage movie.

You know at one time, when they wanted to make a chipmunks christmas song and they wanted to make it popular, they actually took the time and effort to write and perform a new song. It was saccharine as shit, but it was still effort spent.
Now when they want to make a christmas song and they want to make it popular, they replace the lyrics to jingle bells with "pizza toots" and call it a "viral video".
My life is a series of constant readjustments to just how low the bar can be set. Pretty soon they'll be driving around in vans, throwing dog feces shaped like chipmunks at whoever's walking nearby, for their marketing campaign.
