I have a question about "Candy Monster"When the monster went into the living room, he turned on the TV. Then, Mabel said that it was hypnotized by the TV. I've been thinking about it.
The "needing to warn people of Bill's true motives" thing is...odd.
Maybe:
1. Bill is trying to destroy the Universe on purpose. The reason this seems odd to me is that I thought the Universe being destroyed, or something like it, was already assumed to be what's going on, so I'm not sure why people would need to be "warned."
2. A second possibility is thet Bill's true motives actually involve the Wheel symbol characters or the Pines family personally. To eliminate them so they can't stop him, or Bill needs them to escape the force field, or something.
Dipper's choice. Assuming it's not about the Ford apprentice thing which was already resolved:
1. To sacrifice himself. I can't imagine they'd honestly kill Dipper off though.
2. Choosing which family member will be sacrificed? But Dipper would choose himself, wouldn't he?
3. Maybe related to the first two, Bill forces him to make an unpleasant/sadistic choice for some reason?
Lots of possibilities but I'm really not sure.

Any of those things coming to pass would be really intense, and probably redeem the finale in a lot of people's minds. Dipper choosing which person to sacrifice would be pretty intense obviously. Maybe for some reason he can't choose to sacrifice himself, it has to be somebody else.
The other possibility that's been mentioned is that Bill's true motives are somehow benevolent/preventing a greater evil, though I'd say that's the least likely, it would be too much of a twist this late in the game. Although I don't think it's absolutely impossible, just extremely unlikely.
Bill did have a line last episode that I thought was odd. It might mean nothing, but when he finds out that Dipper and Co. made it into the bubble he says, "Things just got a little more interesting." Why did things just get more interesting? Is he keeping an eye on them and what does he expect them to do? It's not even clear what the point of Mabel's bubble really was honestly. I've been sort of going with the assumption it's all just lazy writing to hit plot beats but I guess it's possible there's something going on with all of that.

Whoever/whatever put Bill Cipher into existence (I'll just call him The Creator) knew he'd be strong enough one day to assault this dimension, so to make the game fair and sort of level the playing field, he was generous enough to provide a way of defense against the demon. The Creator decided to force Bill to show his weakness around dimensions by making it his method of summoning, and made him unable to deprive the keys to this "mystic power" of life.
Bill has to know why he has to carry that wheel around. He clearly has knowledge who the keys to the power are, he must know what happens if the keys unlock the power. So for me the only explanation for his incompetence is his arrogance. He considers the game over already because he has control over Ford and Gideon.
Biggest question for me right now is, how the fuck are the heroes going to distract Bill to an extent which will allow them to enter the Fearamid and use that mystic power? He can snap his fingers to turn them all into gold immediately.
