Yes. In the Heroes Reborn universe, Bucky lived and married Peggy Carter. Rikki is his granddaughter.
It seems like every AU Bucky lives and marries Steve's girlfriend.
You know, in light of the last storytime I don't think Ellis mischaracterized Karla in his thunderbolts.
The tone is darker which makes her seem worse, but overall she's the same.
She doesn't have a strong sense of right and wrong and doesn't care about saving or hurting people. She can enjoy being a hero but doesn't have the moral backbone to WANT to be one.
In the current run she was surrounded by heroic people and it rubbed off on her. In Ellisbolt she was surrounded by terrible people and it made the worst of her.

I would say that most of the time Moonstone has denial of remorse and 'her conscience' (indicating narcissism) rather than a complete lack of it (indicating psychopathy). In Ellis' run she did seem to lack all remorse.
She's egotistical and self-serving to a degree where the suffering of others means essentially nothing to her. But she can be reached by empathy if it's penetrating enough which to me is what makes her a narcissistic rather than a psychopath (or narcissist psychopath).

But Karla, until Ellis, was never really intersted in showing herself to be better than others, to hurt others to feel better about herself or to be unable to see her own limits and flaws.
But in any case, the most important thing is wether it's pathological or not. Everyone has a few narcissistic and psychopathic traits, along with many other stuff. It's when they influence one's ability to function normally in society that they become a disorder or a pathology.
In Karla's case she's perfectly able to function normally in society and it's only due to circumstances that she's in her situation.
