Sure Marvel has, some (out-of-continuity) specials and a costume might change here and there, but do they really care that much for the movies? Compare movie Captain America to the current comics. Compare the Comic-Avengers-Lineup with the movies. Compare Movie-Nova-Corps from GotG with Comic-Nova.
I think they mostly let the writers do their stuff and if some hack like Bendis goes to get "heavily inspired" by the movies, they go with it, but I think besides costume changes, Marvel isn't THAT big on movie synergy.
If at all it's the other way around: They'd rather have new stories that can be translated to movies, than bringing the movies to the comics.
