She just says "oh I remember this guy, I'm going to kill him." She's a jerk. That's Thor's brother. If Thor, after all this time, hasn't gotten around to killing Loki then she shouldn't either. She's a jerk. She has a hammer-- she thinks it means that she's worthy to be thor so she feels like she can do what she wants-- but the hammer is broken, it let jane pick her up, but it isn't about being worthy its just a YOLO hammer. So now jane does stuff like this thinking she's worthy when really she's not. Which is exactly why Odin wanted the hammer back.
