Ahsoka is also a different, long-lived species. While she's a young teen in the first image her bone structure is closer to that of a child, by the time of rebels she has matured into the shape of a young adult.
Of course, the general style between the shows is also a factor. In rebels there are less sharp angles. So it's a natural change in every possible regard.

I can't get used to Rebels art style. It took a few episodes with Clone Wars, but I got used to it (except the Super Battle Droids, those took a bit longer).
And don't get me started on space battles. They tried making them like the original trilogy but they just end up looking awful.

The whole Ahsoka thing is just such a big fucking mess, they kept drawing out her death over and over and over again and it just never happened. First everyone thought she was gonna die in the Clone Wars and push Anakin closer to the Dark Side but then she didn't. Then everyone figured well she must have confronted him at the temple when he was killing all the little babby padawans but then the show ended with her leaving the Jedi so that couldn't have happened. Then her return in Rebels was announced and I thought for sure that she would confront and get killed by Vader in the season 2 premiere but she made it out of that too. They need to get around killing her soon or she is just gonna end up as this embarassing waste of an opportunity. Ahsoka and the Skywalker twins being even alive during the same timeframe already feels super weird, at this rate she's gonna end up special editioning into the original movies and become Luke's second teacher after Yoda dies or some shit.
