I am moderately interested in Indigo Prime and requesting a list of issues the storyline appears in.
Are publication order and chronological order the same? Which is better to read it in?A torrent collection is also fine, but I'm not requesting that, they just tend to be well organized.

The strip was published sporadically over 20 years, both as comics in 2000AD as well as some prose stories.
There's a collection of everything pre-2000 (sans the prose stories; you'll probably need a torrent for that) in "The Complete Indigo Prime" trade, and "Anthropocalypse" collects the returning, unfinished storyline of the book from when it returned around 2010.
This is, to my knowledge, everything that's been released under this title. Reading these trades/collections in chronological order would serve you best, but there isn't that much of an overall narrative until "Anthropocalypse," so it shouldn't be too big a deal.

Like I said, I'm a buyfag, so I can't help there.
They're just one off stories, from what I remember, so not reading them won't impact your enjoyment of everything else. This wasn't the type of book that had a core plot, let alone a huge history of continuity. It was, at that point, just the author mucking around with the craziest of crazy ideas.
