As described in Mike Kilmo's Star Wars Ring Theory Article the prequels don't just parallel the Originals, but mirror them to create a circle. Their story runs in reverse from the Originals with Episode II pretty much Episode V in reverse. Whether you liked the Prequels, or not you can't question the amount of the thought and detail that went into their creation in respect to the Original Trilogy.

Galen Marek uniting the Rebel Alliance leadership in 2BBY(as well as Vader even training a secret apprentice at all when he's been training Inquisitors) does not fit at all, especially in the way TFU implies.
Rebels has established that the Rebel Alliance formed out of a bunch of smaller, localized cells, not from a bunch of senators just meeting together and deciding to use Marek's family crest because "lolz".
Also, TFU has the Jedi Temple be an abandoned ruin, whereas in canon Sheev cleaned up the damage from Order 66 and turned it into the Imperial Palace.

Much as I wouldn't have minded TCWs ending with season 5 and Ahsoka leaving the Order, I have to admit season 6 had some good shit.I never thought an episode about the banks with Clovis (technically from season 5) would be such a good episode. That fucking scene when Anakin goes full on murderous manchild, nearly killing Clovis and alienating Padme in a season where he was often on the edge of a pure rage meltdown (like during their investigating the Pikes). This was something sorely missing from Episode III. The few moments we see Anakin lashing out with his emotions, like calling out the Jedi for not making him a master, he comes off as a whiny brat. He just didn't seem like a man with one foot on the edge of the Dark Side as he was in TCWs. Something that helps explain how quickly he became Vader.
There's a lot of good moments in that last season. Like Sidious choking Dooku from half the galaxy away. Hell, they even found a way to more or less make Jar Jar tolerable, by making him Mace Windu's problem.

For some reason I never caught onto this when first watching season 6 of TCWs but it was a really nice touch that they let Anakin be instrumental in helping Yoda escape so that he could learn how to become a ghost. And although he was breaking the rules it was an expression of Anakin's more playful, do anything for a friend aspect rather than simply defying the Council. When Anakin says he hope he doesn't regret what letting Yoda go the truth is he helped set in motion events that lead to Obi-Wan becoming more powerful than he could possibly imagine, see the training of Luke, and ultimately his own redemption and death as well as the destruction of the Sith. Of course Anakin's key action is killing Sidious to save his son, but this was a nice touch that let him play a role at both ends of these events. You can see it as Anakin the Jedi helping to eventually free himself from the Dark Side, at least from a Certain Point of View.
It was a really nice touch, very well done.

Shaak Ti's death...technically was shown. Yoda had a vision where she died as one of her intended deaths for Episode III played out, with a blue lightsaber (Anakin's) ripping through her back. The comics show that she survived long enough to leave a holocron message, however it could, I suppose, be argued that she recorded the message and then quietly sat, mediating, as she awaited death. I can understand that from a spiritual excepting death with solemnity, if she foresaw it and decided not to fight the vision, but it still sucks she wouldn't at least try to avoid her fate.

No offense but did you even watch the fight? The entire reason they go is because they have a golden opportunity. Yoda goes undetected because of the Senate hearings and Obi-Wan goes to Anakin because only Padme knew where he was. They got a once in a lifetime shot and they took it. The Sith weren't prepared the Jedi would strike back so quickly but they made sure it would never happen again. Also, they're both completely broken by the fight.

Disney Infinity Star Wars is a lot of fun. Nice combat, huge levels with tons of side missions, collectibles and vehicles to pilot. There's also local and online co-op and versus modes. Even if you don't want every single figurine there's still enough to keep you busy.
