It's hard to name bad casting choices because super heroes really don't require that great of an actor. The characters are often driven by story than the other way around, so it comes down to looking the part than carrying the movie by acting.
I'd go so far as to say Hollywood hasn't been driven by star actors in a long time. It's about franchises. Notice how shit all of the avenger's casts movies are outside of Marvel films.
