You wanted me to tell you what they contributed. I assumed you meant plot, since no one refers to a character's personality as a "contribution".
Dianne does have the role of straitman, so she comes off a little bland compared to the crazy colorful cast, but the counterpoint is appreciated none the less. They didn't skimp out on her own story, especially in season 2 where we see her downfall and the bad influence Bojack has been on her.
Wanda hasn't gotten much screen time but she gets her moments still, like how tough she acts when it comes to managing her job despite how much of a dits she can be in talking about the times.

Aside from all this shit that's already been mentioned, she was the main reason Bojack had an escalating rivalry with Mr. PB at all. Boj' would have otherwise preferred to avoid him. Also without Diane we wouldn't have had the "Hank after Dark" episode at all.

Yeah, Naga actually suffered from being irrelevant. She was supposed to be the equivalent of Appa, two problems though; she is land-based, and the technology of the time meant that she wasn't even the most effective form of transport. Plus, Korra was not on a constant mission across land, she was largely either in one place or moving across oceans.
