It does have quite a bit of dark humour to enjoy, although there are some obvious kids jokes such as Billy repeating "DESTROY US ALL!". Some of the sterotypes like black Dracula are pretty fun to enjoy if it's not taken too seriously, but the music score can go on for quite a bit sometimes though I didn't have a problem with it in Ed Edd n Eddy.
