The joke is that you're expecting Dracula to do something vampire related, but he's actually a normal IT guy.
The joke is the absence of jokes.
It sucks.
It's anti-humour. You'd expect a scenario such as Dracula being an I.T. guy to be wacky and hilarious but instead it's rather mundane.
