I'm trying to get my 13 year old nephew into comics. So far he's had and enjoyed, Judge Dredd, Dead Boy Detectives, Courtney Crumrin, and Kirby Lee FF.

Don't. Comics aren't appropriate for kids anyway. And 99% of them are webcomic tier writing with devianart tier art.

13 year old is old for anything. the worst case, he gets bored by more adult stuff, but no harm can really be done at this age.

There are plenty great DC and Marvel recommend lists
And if you know a certain character he like (GA thanks to Arrow or Thor thanks to Avengers) there have been made plenty omnibuses which collect some of the characters first appearance or most iconic stories.
If you wanted some stuff fit for all ages look into some stuff from Archaia or Archie like Mouse Guard or Jim Henson related stuff.
If you think he can handle a bit of violence or foul language they have a line of Adult Archie comics now days.
Plus plenty of Image and Dark Horse's biggest stuff is well loved (Chew, Walking Dead, Hellboy, The Goon, etc)

I know ben10 had a comic, Over The Garden Wall I think just finished it up, Adventure Time has like a tons of different comics, Megaman or Sonic The Hedgehog, Spongebob, etc.
